  • Gail Steckler, Chief Strategy Officer

    Gail Steckler, Principal and Chief Strategy Officer of Business Strategies & Beyond prepares business growth strategies that enable clients to capitalize on developing brand/stakeholder relationships that present value at important touchpoints.
    Gail is a graduate of The American University (BS) and Long Island University (MS). Her experience is in developing behavioral change and marketing communications strategies. She has served as a 5-term former Member of the Board of Directors of the Business Marketing Association (BMAA), a Member of the Board of Directors of the Women's Management Forum (TMF) of the TWIN (Tribute to Women in Business) of the Greater Plainfields (NJ), a Member of the Board of the New Jersey Packaging Executives Club (NJ PEC), and a Trusted Advisor of Vistage, formerly TEC, (The World's Largest CEO Membership Organization).
    As a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Gail champions brand equity as an important, albeit often overlooked part of the M&A valuation process. She has conducted brand value break-out sessions for the Due Diligence Symposium hosted by the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG-NJ) and is a founding member of the ACG New Jersey Women of Leadership.
    Gail has been a featured speaker on brand strategy development for the National Association of Flavor and Food Ingredient Systems (NAFFS); and has been a participating member of the Alliance for Corporate Wealth (ACW). In addition, she is the author of several marketing and strategy articles.
    Gail Steckler has received the Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) Award and has also been listed within Who's Who, New Jersey's Business Leaders, by Business News New Jersey and NJBiz.

  • Danielle Gnichtel, Managing Director

    Since joining the firm in 1997, Principal and Creative Director, Danielle Gnichtel has been making her mark on New Jersey businesses with her savvy understanding, unique "tell-it-as-it-is" approach, and follow-through commitment. Danielle's innate ability to capture the technical processes of equipment and products while maintaining an artistic edge produces graphics, photography, and trade show display that bring together innovative concepts and creativity that "speak" at the same time to design engineering, marketing, purchasing and a broad range of other stakeholder targets.
    A graduate of Syracuse University's renowned S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, Danielle has provided insight, direction, structure, and leadership as a member of the Advisory Board of the NJ Young Professionals group and has served on the Executive Board of the NYC Chapter of Sigma Kappa Sorority's alumnae group. She has participated in the Family Business Forum, a part of the Rothman Institute of Entrepreneurial Studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
